📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates to fill roles efficiently and
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and client talent acquisition teams to refine
• Recommend enhancements to recruitment strategies based on experience and effectiveness.
• Drive best-practice sourcing and act as an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in given industry or function.
• Proven ability to creatively source using job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and
• Advanced diversity sourcing knowledge within each search area.
• In-depth industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong knowledge of technology: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous.
