Red Team Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan and execute full-scope red team ops across perimeter, web/API, AWS
• Build and run external testing programs: pentests and bug bounty
• Run purple team cycles with the SOC to improve detection coverage
• Deliver risk-ranked reports with remediation tracking and revalidation
• Develop custom offensive tooling to scale coverage
• Validate security controls in deployed environments

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in offensive security or red team operations
• Hands-on red team aligned to MITRE ATT&CK - end-to-end ops
• Web and API exploitation beyond automated tools
• Cloud attack experience, primarily AWS
• Scripting and tool development in Python, Go, or Bash/PowerShell
• Strong written reporting: explain attack paths to CISO and engineers
