📋 Description

Lead and coach a regional team across 10+ locations in Noord-Nederland
Report to Head of Purchasing and collaborate with two other regional managers
Visit 2-3 sites weekly; analyze data to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

HBO/WO education
Min 3 years leadership in commercial/operational settings
Experience coaching/Developing teams (>15 people)
Based in Noord-Nederland with willingness to travel nationwide
Strong analytical skills; KPI-driven work
Independent, goal-oriented with strong communication
