• 8+ years in brand creative with design systems experience across markets.
• Proven experience with global teams, balancing consistency with regional nuance.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools to raise quality and speed.
• Strong creative leadership with hands-on craft and vision execution.
• Excellent collaboration with marketing partners, studios, and stakeholders.
