Regional Director, Medical Science Liaison

📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs for ophthalmology field activities.
• Engage investigators, key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers.
• Support Phase 3 programs, trial sites, and protocol education.
• Coordinate quarterly engagement objectives across priority accounts.
• Help build scalable field medical organization and leadership of MSLs.
• Represent the company at scientific congresses and investigator meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred (PharmD/PhD/OD/MD/NP/PA).
• 7–8+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device with field medical or MSL leadership.
• Experience in ophthalmology or related areas preferred.
• Experience supporting Phase 3 programs and clinical development.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and compliant scientific exchange.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
