📋 Description

• Own the performance of 70+ Insomnia bakeries in your region.
• Deliver strong sales, profitability, and guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop district/area managers to operate like owners.
• Run the region with data and field insights to spot opportunities and risks.
• Maintain an always-warm guest experience across all bakeries.
• Move with speed and turn ideas into consistent execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in multi-unit restaurant/retail ops with regional scope.
• 5+ years leading multi-unit field leaders (Regional/District Managers).
• Experience in high-volume food service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant leadership experience ok.
• Willing to travel ~50–70% with overnight stays.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and cost management skills.
