📋 Description

• Own the performance of 70+ Insomnia bakeries across a region.
• Deliver strong sales, profitability, guest experience, and people results.
• Run the region like a business you own; know numbers cold and act on data.
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and Area Managers to operate like owners.
• Maintain a high-performance culture with learning, coaching, and accountability.
• Move with speed in a fast-moving business; translate strategy to field execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant/retail/hospitality ops experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-unit field leaders (Regional Directors/District Managers or equivalent).
• Proven success managing 50+ locations; strong P&L capability.
• Ability to travel ~50-70% with overnight stays.
• Strong coaching, people development, and succession planning skills.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in using performance data to drive decisions.
