📋 Description

• Lead regional go-to-market for Maryland region.
• Manage Outreach Directors/Managers; drive admissions.
• Develop partnerships and referral networks with key markets.
• Engage patients, parents, and providers to address barriers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal to hit GTM goals.
• Travel locally to meet partners and support region growth.
• Report KPIs monthly to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Western Maryland, MD.
• 6-10+ years in business development; 2-3+ years in sales leadership.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Scheduling and video conferencing proficiency.
• US work authorization; native or bilingual English.
• Proven track record growing B2B accounts/outreach.
• Experience coaching and motivating a BD team.
• Strong KPI measurement and analytics skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship builder.
• Travel up to 1 hour each way; reliable transportation.
