Lead a field sales team to drive distributor/territory strategies and mutual growth
Own distributor engagement, business planning, reviews, and national chain selling strategies
Manage key distributor relationships and incentive programs
Oversee national/regional key account execution, POS allocation, new item setups, and dealer loader
Collaborate with account teams to drive in-store execution
Ensure inventory levels meet market demand and avoid stock-outs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
5+ years of beverage/distributor management, sales, or key account experience
DSD experience preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
Experience with VIP, IRI, Nielsen, and/or Power BI preferred
