Regional Head of Partnerships

📋 Description

• Define and own the regional partnerships strategy across affiliates, content creators, streamers
• Own and manage regional partnerships P&L, including partner-generated NGR, costs, budgets, and
• Drive growth in new player acquisition, FTDs, and NGR through a regional partnership portfolio.
• Source, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships (CPA, revenue share, hybrid).
• Develop relationships with streamers, creators, influencers, ambassadors, and other partners to
• Evaluate event sponsorships, live circuits, tours, and activations for measurable commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record growing iGaming or online poker player base via partnerships with measurable
• Strong experience managing content-focused partnerships with creators, streamers, or online
• Deep knowledge of the target regional market, its ecosystem, player behaviour, and key channels.
• Fluent in the region’s primary language(s) plus English.
• Experience owning a P&L, budget, or significant commercial portfolio.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with high-value partners.
