Regional Head of Partnerships

📋 Description

• Define and own the regional partnerships strategy and channel mix
• Own regional P&L, budgets, and allocation across deals
• Grow new player acquisition, FTDs, and NGR via partnerships
• Source negotiate and close high-value strategic partnerships
• Develop relationships with creators, ambassadors and high-impact partners
• Evaluate event sponsorships and activations for returns

🎯 Requirements

• Proven growth of iGaming or online poker via partnerships
• Experience with content partnerships (creators, streamers, communities)
• Deep knowledge of the regional poker/iGaming market
• Native/fluent in region language(s) plus English
• Experience owning P&L, budgets, or major portfolios
• Strong CPA, revenue share, fixed-fee, hybrid deals
