Regional HR Operations & Mobility Lead (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end UAE immigration and mobility processes, including visas, work permits, free-zone
• Oversee HR administration on UAE platforms (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, NAFIS, GPSSA, WPS).
• Lead onboarding to offboarding for UAE and EMEA hires with audit-ready records.
• Facilitate Emiratisation (NAFIS) and GPSSA pension registrations with finance/payroll.
• Ensure WPS compliance by reconciling salaries vs payroll records and timely payments.
• Coordinate health insurance enrollments and vendor invoice validations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Extensive HR ops, shared services, or mobility experience in multi-country EMEA.
• In-depth UAE labor laws, free-zone regulations, NAFIS, GPSSA pension, WPS.
• Experience with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP), PROs, relocation vendors, EORs.
• Strong organizational skills with data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Clear communicator, able to handle agile, complex tasks.
