Regional Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Flexport's Implementation Methodology for ICP products across the product suite.
• Lead implementation for new accounts and existing clients from award to steady-state delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align sales, account management, planning & ops, carrier
• Manage the implementation plan, dependencies, and timeline to ensure on-time, on-sold delivery.
• Proactively identify gaps, build playbooks, and adapt plans as new products/services come online.
• Provide solutioning support and serve as the primary client contact during implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 4+ years in logistics, supply chain management/consulting, or freight forwarding
• Self-starter who spots process gaps and builds solutions before asked
• Track record of scoping, planning, and closing cross-functional projects
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable owning client engagements
• Attention to detail and bias for delivering ahead of schedule
