Regional Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including financing, vendor, and service
• Oversee contract management systems to standardize contracting across the region.
• Provide practical legal advice to business units on commercial and operational matters.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and address legal risks.
• Support regulatory and compliance matters where needed.
• Drive internal legal policies and processes region-wide.

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
• Minimum 5 years post-admission legal experience.
• In-house legal experience in financial services/fintech or regulated sectors preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; multi-jurisdictional exposure is a plus.
• Strong commercial drafting, attention to detail, and ability to translate legal concepts for
