• Strong background in residential mortgage underwriting, lending, or credit analysis.
• Proven ability to grow market share and identify opportunities.
• Established broker network in Calgary/Southern Alberta is valuable.
• Solid understanding of mortgage products, credit, underwriting, and policies.
• Consultative relationship-building; balance revenue with risk.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
