Develop and optimize national/regional marketing initiatives aligned to Brand Plans
Collaborate with AbbVie cross-functional teams to execute strategy
Engage External Experts to generate insights in assigned geographies
Partner with field leadership to optimize pull-through of marketing strategies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years in Immunology sales/marketing; Gastroenterology experience preferred
Strong communication/presentation skills
Ability to navigate matrix orgs and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of pharma regulations and standards
