Hands-on PEO/EOR management (e.g., Globalization Partners).
Strong knowledge of EU employment practices, UK/Germany law.
Hybrid of strategic advising and hands-on execution.
Experience scaling People ops in fast-growing, distributed env.
Fluency with People/HRIS systems; maintain data accuracy.
