• Drive revenue by growing auction partnerships and OEM relations
• Coordinate auction activities and promotional efforts
• Represent SIXT across wholesale channels and brand
• Manage lanes, CR scores, and dealer participation
• Resolve issues with auction partners and optimize methods
• Assist vendor partnerships and vehicle disposal strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years in automotive industry; 3 in auction; 3 in rental preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; US work authorization without sponsorship
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; knows AutoIMS
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset; safety awareness; remote/work independently
• Experience analyzing remarketing data and vendor agreements
