Regional Remarketing Auction Manager

📋 Description

• Drive revenue by identifying, acquiring and managing auction partners
• Coordinate auction activities with OEMs and dealers
• Represent SIXT premium brand across multiple channels
• Develop growth strategies and optimize auction lane positioning
• Resolve issues with partners and establish best practices
• Assist with vendor partnerships and vehicle disposal methods

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in automotive, 3+ years in auctions, 3+ in rental (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; authorized to work in US without sponsorship
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; AutoIMS knowledge
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or remotely
• Experience analyzing remarketing data and developing national plans
