Regional Sales Director, Chronic Migraine/Spasticity & Movement Disorders (Neuroscience) - Northeast

📋 Description

• Lead sales performance and development for Neuroscience team in West Region
• Drive strategy, execution, and budget, collaborating with marketing and field teams
• Cultivate relationships with external customers through live engagements and regional meetings
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie ethics and promotional standards
• Travel 50-75% to cover regional commitments, conferences, and trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health/sciences/business or equivalent experience
• Successful sales management track record in pharma; healthcare/biotech experience
• Experience with Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicare Part B/D is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, strategy setting, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements and obtain HCIR credentials
• Proven ability to travel and manage regional teams and budgets
