  • Develop and lead strategies to drive Portworx adoption and revenue in the US and globally (EMEA/APJ).
  • Build and coach a diverse, inclusive sales team focused on sustainable growth.

  • Lead a rigorous, value-based sales process optimized for SaaS and cloud-native software.
  • Collaborate across Everpure and Portworx to ensure strategic alignment and clear communication with key stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and routes to market to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.

  • Proven experience leading high-growth software sales teams, ideally in SaaS or cloud-native tech.
  • Experience in first-line leadership roles: Managing ICs and establishing best practices.
  • Strong track record building and executing territory and go-to-market strategies that scale.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native and Kubernetes, DevOps, open-source software.
  • Data-driven leadership with working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari.
  • Strong program management and communication skills; align teams and measure impact.
