Regional Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships
• Drive sales growth and manage revenue and activities
• Collaborate with Sales team to manage end-to-end cycle
• Manage 40-60 partners; align solutions and growth strategies
• Forecasting and pipeline hygiene to meet targets
• Sell-to and sell-through existing customers within territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years relevant sales experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
• Knowledge of MSP/TSP and Security industries
• Strong account management with 40-50 accounts
• Willingness to travel 15-30%
