Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in the assigned area.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and grow business.
• Maintain relationships with customers within the territory and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess uncover their needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience and entrepreneurial know‑how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Based in Oakland, Castro Valley, or wider East Bay area; travel 2–3 overnights weekly.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
