Regional Sales Manager, Bay Area

📋 Description

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in the Bay Area
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and drive growth.
• Call on and maintain relationships with customers within territory; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key accounts and assess customer needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal HQ partners to streamline sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Team-oriented with ability to work from home when needed.
• Reside in Oakland/Castro Valley/Berkeley area; willing to travel within territory (2–3 overnight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
