๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Setting and managing quotas, commissions and other sales tasks for the NSW team.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior sales staff to hit targets.
  • Sourcing new leads via proactive outreach, referrals, events and inbound inquiries.
  • Managing pipeline from lead to close, incl. on-farm demos and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success for post-sales handoff, implementations and renewals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships to grow Halter's brand and gather feedback for product roadmap.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years end-to-end sales experience.
  • Proven track record sourcing prospects and closing deals.
  • Value-based sales experience with high-volume results.
  • Strong communication to present Halter's value proposition.
  • Beef farming or agricultural sector experience desirable.
  • Degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
