📋 Description

• Lead our sales efforts in Western Australia.
• Set and manage quotas and commissions for the WA team.
• Coach and mentor junior sales staff to hit targets.
• Source leads through proactive outreach, events, and referrals.
• Close deals via on-farm demos and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sales handoff and renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years end-to-end sales experience
• Proven record sourcing leads and closing deals
• Value-based sales approach with high-volume results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Beef farming or agricultural sector experience desirable
• University degree or equivalent preferred but not required
