Regional Security Manager, Americas

📋 Description

• Lead regional physical security ops for the Americas (North America & parts of Latin America).
• Manage regional contractors/vendors; build scalable security programs with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Workplace, IT, People, Events, and external providers.
• Oversee risk, threat, vulnerability, and site-security assessments; track mitigations.
• Develop, maintain, and test security policies, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Manage regional security contracts with SLAs, KPIs, and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in physical-security/corporate-security or related risk management for multinational orgs
• Experience designing and measuring risk-based security programs across sites/jurisdictions.
• Experience leading incident, emergency, or crisis-response planning/exercises.
• Vendor/guard-force management across scopes of work and performance reviews.
• Strong program/project management; clear communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas and internationally up to 25%.
