📋 Description

Lead APAC transportation from the ground up.
Build regional team, roles, hiring plans, growth.
Oversee air and road IT hardware shipments (GPUs, racks, servers).
Manage Taiwan-origin shipments to APAC destinations (India, Japan, etc.).
Coordinate freight schedules, carriers, and inbound to data centers.
Ensure security, visibility, and contingency plans for shipments.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in transportation/logistics with 3+ in leadership.
Experience building/scaling logistics functions in high-growth env.
Deep APAC air/road freight knowledge (Taiwan, India, Japan, Malaysia).
Hands-on with high-value IT hardware shipments.
Strong customs, import/export, duties, and compliance knowledge.
Experience with carriers/3PLs across APAC; RMA/RMS a plus.
