🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; strong cross-functional collaboration
• Experience owning end-to-end CRM/lifecycle marketing across markets
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
• Proficient with marketing tools and assets creation (Canva, Figma); basic HTML
• Experience with AI tools in marketing; Gemini toolset preferred
• Strong project management and stakeholder management
