📋 Description

• Oversee the operation of multiple hospitality venues across a territory.
• Lead General Managers with coaching and performance feedback.
• Own financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Review data to identify profitability opportunities.
• Drive client retention and new business development.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 10+ years of food & beverage experience, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing operations in fast-paced arenas or events.
• Strong leadership with multi-team oversight and profitability focus.
• Financial acumen: budgets, forecasting, labor costs, purchasing, revenue analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
