📋 Description

• Lead regional sales expansion via distribution strategies
• Grow partnerships with IMOs, MGAs, and producers
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new partners
• Perform agency visits and business reviews
• Monitor sales results and implement improvements
• Support product launches, training, and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 7+ years in insurance with life products knowledge
• Proven success recruiting/developing distribution partners
• Experience managing sales territories and regional growth
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Willing to travel 50%+; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
