🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology-driven
• Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams across large territories.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software buying processes and complex customer decision-making
