🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise SaaS sales; 3+ years regional leadership of quota-carrying AEs.
  • Proven track record hitting/exceeding regional revenue targets.
  • Experience leading teams across UKI, Benelux and Nordics.
  • Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams).
  • Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling; LangChain familiarity a plus.
  • Bias toward action; comfortable with ambiguity; clear communicator.
