Registered Dietitian

📋 Description

• Conduct nutrition assessments to determine participant needs, preferences, and goals
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document nutrition interventions per physician orders or care plans
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery programs to ensure safety and adherence to specified diets
• Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
• Guide intake and enrollment process to ensure timely enrollment

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with 2+ years directing nutrition in a healthcare setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication with seniors, families, and IDT
• At least 1 year experience working with frail or elderly populations
