Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorders (Remote)

📋 Description

• Remote, telehealth-based nutrition care for pediatric eating disorders.
• Consults with treatment team to provide evidence-based care for families.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans and goals.
• Guide exposure to fear foods and educate on nutrition concerns.
• Document care in electronic medical records and participate in team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Missouri license (required).
• Bachelor’s degree or ACEND-approved coursework.
• Licensed RDN; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Caseload management up to 80 patients, up to 52 weeks each.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
