Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorders (Remote-Illinois)

📋 Description

• Provide nutrition care remotely via telehealth for pediatric patients with eating disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition treatment plans with meal plans and target weight
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and educate families on nutrition concerns.
• Communicate meal plans and nutrition directives with the treatment team and families.
• Support discharge planning and weekly progress updates to treatment goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois license as a Registered Dietitian (RDN) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or ACEND-approved coursework.
• Experience with eating disorders and family-based treatment approaches preferred.
• Ability to manage caseload up to 80 patients with up to 52 weeks of care.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
