Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorders (Remote-Minnesota)

📋 Description

• Assist patients and families in transforming eating patterns through ongoing support.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans via telehealth.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and educate families.
• Communicate meal plans clearly to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and track progress weekly.
• Reassess needs and adjust plans as patients improve.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or ACEND‑approved coursework.
• Licensed RDN; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Caseload management up to 80 patients; up to 52 weeks each.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; team oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
