📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance messaging transport services (SMTP).
• Manage Windows Server and IIS infrastructure for messaging workflows.
• Develop Python-based automation and integrations.
• Design/oversee messaging retention and archiving to meet compliance.
• Configure Proofpoint Enterprise Archive and retention capabilities.
• Support compliance and governance for messaging platforms and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
• Plan capacity, scalability, availability, and resiliency.
• Lead or contribute to complex migrations with security and regulatory focus.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and drive resolution.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
