• Oversee regulatory response activities and provide legal and compliance support for federal and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, with at least 1 year in regulatory examinations, audits
• Experience managing or supporting regulatory examinations involving state regulators, the CFPB, or
• Strong understanding of consumer mortgage lending laws (TILA/Regulation Z, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA) and
• Experience with loan origination systems; Encompass experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex regulatory topics clearly.
