Regulatory Compliance Manager - Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead CMS license application workstream for MAS alignment.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and governance materials.
• Develop Singapore-specific compliance policies and MAS/SFA documentation.
• Strengthen AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory framework per MAS rules.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership, Board, auditors, regulators.
• Track regulatory commitments and remediation actions with timely updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in regulatory and financial crime compliance at MAS/SFA-regulated entity.
• Experience supporting licensing applications and regulatory change programs in Singapore.
• In-depth knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related notices/circulars.
• Experience drafting compliance policies, submissions, governance papers, and formal docs.
• Strong program management across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory issues into clear analysis and recommendations.
