Regulatory Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CCO and business units to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define regulatory requirements and develop risk assessment programs per plan.
• Identify risks and propose solutions and implementation strategies for compliance to management.
• Provide compliance training to managers to ensure awareness of policies and standards.
• Review and revise policies; coordinate with internal audit and risk management.
• Supervise compliance teams and monitor implementation of key strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in a Compliance Officer role
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• People management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
