🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in compliance or related field.
• Experience with CCO/Deputy CCO or CAMLO roles.
• Deep knowledge of AML/ATF, RPAA, RPAA, PCMLTFA, FINTRAC.
• Knowledge of RPAA, Canadian Code of Conduct for PCI.
• FCC: FCAC, PIPEDA, CASL; sanctions regimes (SEMA/UN).
• Board reporting, regulator interactions, AI in compliance.
