Release Manager

📋 Description

• Governance of the end-to-end release process
• Develop and maintain a release calendar with milestones
• Spearhead scalable release practices and tooling
• Create and refine documentation for the release process
• Coordinate feature launches across multiple teams
• Monitor release performance and alignment with goals

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years TPM or release management experience
• Experience with release engineering, deployment pipelines, platform infra
• Deep understanding of release management, CI/CD, and deployment strategies
• Experience coordinating large-scale cross-functional releases
• Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Strong communicator who leads through influence across senior stakeholders
