Release Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end release planning across products and environments.
• Govern readiness gates and CAB decisions across teams.
• Manage artifacts: RACI, FMEA, cutover plans, release notes.
• Ensure documented approvals and audit trails for every release.
• Drive hypercare, incident triage, and handoff to operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in release management and IT operations.
• Strong ITSM change governance (CAB) and incident processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional enterprise releases.
• Manage cutover plans, readiness gates, risks, and evidence.
• Excellent facilitation and Go/No-Go communications.
• Understand architectures; discuss monitoring, rollback, risk.
