Maintain the release calendar; coordinate timing & dependencies across APAC/EMEA.
Run release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with criteria and sign-offs.
Deploy to staging and production with pre/post-release validation and smoke tests.
Improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and reduce manual steps.
Drive ITIL-based change management for regulatory environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
Coordinate hotfix and emergency changes, including incident-driven releases.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
4–6 years in software eng, DevOps, or release mgmt; 2+ yrs release-focused.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps; Git.
Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker; Kubernetes a plus.
ITIL change management and audit-controlled releases; strong stakeholder comms.
Coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
