Reliability Test Engineer (R5532)

📋 Description

• Prepare, execute environmental tests on electronic flight hardware
• Thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, altitude testing
• Define test plans, stress profiles, sample sizes, pass/fail criteria
• Design/test fixtures in CAD; instrument hardware with sensors
• Configure data acquisition and chamber software
• Manage concurrent test campaigns and equipment scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years environmental testing experience (HALT/HASS)
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Eng
• Proficient in CAD (ANSYS SpaceClaim, NX, Solidworks)
• Data acquisition equipment knowledge (thermocouples, accelerometers, humidity, strain gauges)
• Familiarity with PCB/PCBA and failure mechanisms
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
