Remarketing Auction Representative

📋 Description

• Manage repossessed vehicle inventory during remarketing process
• Monitor auction vendor performance and enforce guidelines
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction operations when required
• Organize vendor performance meetings and coordinate follow-up actions
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior leadership as needed
• Identify market arbitrage opportunities to improve recovery and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in automotive or vehicle remarketing with wholesale channel knowledge
• Experience with vehicle valuation, reconditioning assessment, and condition evaluation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college-level experience preferred
• Strong understanding of regional and market trends affecting used-vehicle pricing
• Familiarity with auction policies; NAAA policies highly desirable
• Experience with frame assessment or condition report writing preferred
