🎯 Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Licensed pharmacist in Washington.
PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency OR PGY1 plus ambulatory CPA OR 3+ years ambulatory practice.
Strong communication, organization, tech skills.
