๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Assist customers via email, live chat, CRM, social, forums, and messaging apps.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction, platform, wallet, and account issues.
  • Support VIPs, mutual onboarding partners, and white-label clients; co-manage with senior CS leaders.
  • Create FAQs, SOPs, KBs, and Confluence pages for new features.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proficient written and spoken English (or market language).
  • Strong courtesy, interpersonal, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently to resolve problems or improve services.
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Service, BPO, or related client-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce or digital retail.
  • Willing to work a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
