📋 Description

Respond to inquiries about orders, returns, refunds, and shipping
Use AI tools to draft responses and categorize tickets
Manage high-volume queues across email and chat
Ensure accurate and empathetic customer communication

🎯 Requirements

Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment

Shopify or WooCommerce experience (Preferred)
